The GWR has modern toilets with baby changing facilities at each station and limited facilities on board its historic coaches.

Light lunches and refreshments are available in the 1950's Coffee shop 'The Coffee Pot' at Winchcombe station and light snacks are also available at Cheltenham Racecourse.  Most trains will also carry a buffet car stocking teas, coffees and light snacks.

Disabled parking is reserved close to our entrances and most surfaces are suitable for wheelchairs and the infirm, although please be aware that Cheltenham Racecourse station is accessed via a slope. Volunteer staff will however be on hand to assist you if required. 

Supervised level crossing of the tracks is possible via a ramp at Winchcombe if this is required to avoid the need to use a footbridge.  All trains have a converted compartment for wheelchair access and a ramp can be positioned to assist access with GWR volunteers happy to assist where needed.
