662 (32662) "Martello" - A1X tank locomotive, built in 1875 and rebuilt in 1912. Normally resident at the Bressingham Steam Museum in Norfolk, it visited the GWSR in 2009.

- These diminutive locomotives were designed by William Stroudley for suburban passenger working and were known as 'Terriers'. As trains got heavier the locos moved away from London and were used on branch line workings or as shed pilots with 6 moving to the Isle of Wight. One even ended up on the GWR's books when it absorbed the Weston, Cleveland and Portishead Railway.
