Cadbury No 1

Cadbury No 1 was the first steam locomotive to operate passenger trains on the GWR in 1984. It has been cosmetically restored and was on static display at Toddington Station during 2010.

Light industrial shunting. No 1 spent all of its working life shunting at Cadbury's Bournville factory in Birmingham. It retired in 1963 when it was sold to the Dowty Railway Preservation Society. It moved to Toddington in 1983. It is now owned by the Birmingham Railway Museum.
